This project is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any film studio (including the "Shaolin Soccer" film franchise), the Shaolin Temple, professional sports leagues, or sports brands (including, but not limited to, EA Sports and FIFA). The use of the term "Shaolin" is a cultural reference to martial arts heritage, not an indication of origin or official endorsement.

2. Phygital Product Limitation of Liability

Our physical collectible figures feature integrated NFC chips designed to interact with digital services.

• Physical Component: We guarantee the figure and NFC chip meet stated specifications at the time of purchase.
• Digital Component: NFC activation requires a compatible smartphone with NFC capability and an active internet connection. We are not liable for hardware incompatibility on the user's end.

3. Third-Party Platforms (TON, Telegram, Gaming)

Our ecosystem integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, TON blockchain). We are not responsible for:

• Temporary downtime, bugs, or cessation of third-party services;
• Changes in the terms of service of external blockchain networks;
• Transaction delays on the side of third-party providers.

4. Digital Assets are NOT Financial Instruments

Any digital twins, NFTs, or in-game utilities associated with our physical products are classified strictly as "Digital Collectibles" or "Utility Access Passes".
